Love Beyond Measure

Hello! I think Valentine is one of my favorite time to create stuff! I still have lots of projects to finish/share... This set is just so cute! Love the heart shape acrylic box (from Michael's) I use some very old rub ons in white color and the tape measure is from my Etsy shop, is called Tape Measure No 3 for the frame in he tag I use the collage: Valentine Photo Sliders 

 I create a video to show you how I make the tags, enjoy!

In the mood for Valentine! yay! I LOVE soft pink colors as you know, this cute card uses lots of paper scraps and leftovers from previous projects, some of the images I use here (tag, be mine word and rose) are from the collage: Valentine Cut Outs

To my Valentine

Amazing Paper Grace December Die of the Month Blog Hop – Rose Garden Promise

Today I am introducing the Amazing Paper Grace Die of the Month for December 2020, Rose Garden Promise.  

Becca Feeken of Amazing Paper Grace sent me these beautiful dies to create with.

Becca shares her inspiration for this 5x7-inch frame-worthy card front that resembles the look of stained glass.  She says, " 'God gave us memory so that we might have roses in December,' a quote by James M Barrie. It is precisely that quote that inspired me to think of roses at the end of the year. It has much to do with the promise of an approaching spring, buds bursting forward, and the gift of hope.  As one who loves rituals, I finished off 2019 with a die template that featured roses and decided it was worthwhile to pay them homage at the end of 2020." 

Isn't it only fitting to go forward with hope for the future and for new and worthwhile things that will break through.  From the entire Amazing Paper Grace Creative Team, let this be a beautiful end to your year; we hope that through making, it brings with it the bonus of lovely memories.

Love Card

The Beauty of Handmade

Have you ever received a handmade Gift? I have a few handmade items that some of my scrapbook friends gave me, gifts that I really love. For me handmade means special, something created with a lot of LOVE, something unique.  

This is a recent card, I use papers from my stash, images from the collages: Cut Out Roses and Blessed tags stamps from PTI and Crafty Secrets, felt flowers, seam binding and vintage button.

Alguna vez han recibido un regalo hecho a mano? yo tengo varios regalos que varias amigas del scrapbook me han regalado, son detalles que realmente aprecio y guardo con amor. Para mi hecho a mano significa especial, algo creado con mucho AMOR, algo unico.  

Esta tarjeta es reciente, use papeles de mi coleccion, y de los colages: Cut Out Roses, Blessed tags sellos de PTI y Crafty Secrets, flores de  fieltro, seam binding y boton vintage.

Next a set of tags using a house die from Michaels and stamps from PTI. I attached little hearts that hang from the houses and they move, they look so cute. The floral and pink polka dot papers I use for the houses can be found HERE: Spring Time papers, Pastel Polka Dots

Typewriter Box

Hello and happy Valentine's Day! I have a few projects today... First I want  to share project that I had in mind for a long time, but finally the other day I was able to finish it. I create this box using chipboard I cut most of the pieces by hand, and I use paper from my stash. 

Hola y feliz dia de San Valentin! Hoy tengo algunos proyectos para compartir... Primero quiero mostrarles esto que tenia en mente desde hace mucho tiempo, pero finalmente pude terminarlo el otro dia. Hice una cajita con forma de maquina de escribir, es de chipboard y corte la mayoria de las piezas  a mano, use papel de mi coleccion. 

The nice thing is that it opens so you can put some things inside such a notebook, notes, pencils, cards etc... The typewriter letters were made with this collage: Vintage Typewriter, I embellish with lace, silk and paper flowers, ribbon seam binding, pearls etc...

Lo que me gusta de esta cajita es que se abre y tiene bastante espacio para poner varias cosas como por ejemplo algun cuaderno, notas, lapices, tarjetas etc... La letras/teclas de la maquina son del colage: Vintage Typewriter finalmente adorne con: encaje, flores de seda y papel, liston, seam binding, perlas etc...

This looks so cute sitting in my scrap room, let me tell you I know I will be making more of these!!!

And last a Valentine card that I made a few weeks ago, but for some reason I forgot to share with you, I loved the colors and elements on this card, I use lots of paper scraps, stamps from my stash, and paper from the digital collage: Be Mine

Be Mine

Hello again! a few more projects today... yes I have been creating a lot these days and that makes me happy, I made more Valentine's Day cards and this is one of my favorites!  created using paper scraps and foamy heart using a die from PTI, the pink strip of paper with tiny hearts is from MFT

Hola de nuevo! tengo varios proyectos el dia de hoy... si, he estado creando mucho estos dias y eso me hace feliz, hice mas proyectos de San Valentin y esta tarjeta es una de mis favoritas!  creada usando retazos de papel, un corazon de foamy cortado con suaje de PTI, la tira de color rosa con corazones pequeños es de: MFT

The "be mine" banner is from the digital collage: Banners and Flowers, I embellish with buttons,
flowers, paper pieces etc.

El banderin con la palabra "be mine" es del colage digital: Banners and Flowers,  finalmente adorne con botones, flores, pedacitos de papel etc.
