Crafty Days

As you can see I've been in a creative mood these days, and that makes me really happy :) I can't remember when was the last time I create so many things. I will start with this card made with paper from the collage Santa Claus

Como veran estoy en un mood creativo estos dias, y la verdad eso me hace feliz :) No recuerdo cuando fue la ultima vez que hice tantos proyectos.  Comenzare con esta tarjeta creada con papel del collage Santa Claus

I use a chipboard circle and then I added some red foil, I embellish with a tag from the collage Christmas Antique Tags (i just print it smaller)  a cardboard heart painted and distressed, buttons, stickers etc. Stamp from MSE!

Use un circulo de chipboard y despues le puse algo de foil rojo encima, adorne  con una etiqueta del colage Christmas Antique Tags (solo la imprimi mas chica)  un corazon de carton pintado, botones, stickers etc. Sello de MSE!

 Next a favorite of mine, this tag set using chipboard painted in blue color and distressed, then I cover them with the tags from the collage Sugar and Spice Tags The stamps are from TCM they are no longer available (sad face) but they are some of my favorites. The big scissors were cut with my Cricut (yes I still use it) and the small ones with a Spellbinders die.

A continuacion uno de mis proyectos favoritos, un set de etiquetas de chipboard pintadas en color azul las cubri con tags del colage: Sugar and Spice Tags. Los sellos son de TCM desafortunadamente ya estan descontinuados pero son de mis favoritos. Las tijeras grandes son cortadas con mi Cricut (si, todavia la uso) y las mas chiquitas con un suaje de Spellbinders.

And last a cute mini album from Maya Road and this time I wanted  to create a little box to put the mini album inside, I have to say that the box was created using my Cricut and a Spellbinders Die I actually combined both to make that box, it was really fun trying to create a custom shape, I am enjoying combining dies to create special shapes/projects I think is a good way to use what we have in different ways.

Y por ultimo un mini album de Maya Road, esta vez queria hacer algo un poco distinto asi que el mini viene con una cajita para ponerlo adentro, tengo que decirles que la cajita es una combinacion de mi Cricut y un suaje de Spellbinders, asi es, combine los dos para hacer la cajita,  la verdad fue muy divertido el proceso de crear un diseño especial, estoy disfrutando esto de combinar los suajes creo que es una excelente manera de aporvechar lo que tenemos a mano para crear formas y proyectos diferentes.

For the mini album cover I use images from: Christmas Flashcards and Santa Circles the square stamp (can't remember the brand) was embossed with white on red cardstock the small reindeer is from Heidi Swapp

Para la portada del mini use imagenes de los colages: Christmas Flashcards y Santa Circles el sello de cuadrado (no recuerdo que marca es) ese que parece como blonda lo selle con polvo de embossing blanco sobre cardstock rojo, el reno dorado es de Heidi Swapp.

Nina B Designs February Blog Hop

Welcome to the NinaB Designs Blog Hop! The theme of this month's hop is Make it Mini, in honor of February's being a short month. Nina challenged the team to create a project that is either small (mini-cards, mini-boxes, etc.) and/or intended for someone small (babies, kids, even pets:).

I create a set of 2  mini cards, using papers from Basic Grey, Prima, and Jenni Bowlin, the dies and stamps with sewing theme :) I stamped the sentiments with white embossing powder.

 For my project today, I created a set of chipboard tags and die cut some shapes using  Felt and Fabric  with NinaB Designs' Sewing Elements and Home Sweet Home dies

Sewing mends the soul

Thank you so much for all the comments for the Nina B designs Blog Hop #2 you can see the winners HERE.

Sewing is right now my favorite theme :) love to create little pieces with all things sewing in mind... first I have a set of chipboard tags using some papers from my digital collage Shabby Flowers, I also create a spool from chipboard and card stock I covered the chipboard circles with images from the collage Sewing Room No.1

I also use some stamps from TPC studio (got them from Jo Ann with 40% coupon) the chipboard needle is from Maya Road (so cute!)

Next I a glassine bag and set of tags that open so you can add a sweet detail, again using my favorite dies from Sewing Elements, inside the tags I add some chipboard spools that you can remove and use with your favorite ribbon, twine or thread :)

For this set I use digi papers/collages from: Petite Flowers, Shabby Tickets, Roses, Circles and Big postcard backgrounds. Stamps are from Papertrey ink, Melissa Frances, and The Craft's Meow Sew Lovely

and before I go I want to share this card created with stamps from Latina Crafter (love the new designs!) the vintage image is from the collage Vintage postcards and paper from Stamping Paper
