Vintage Charm

Some of my latest projects ... sharing a couple of cards today... not to much time to create these days but happy for all the important things that I have in my life right now and getting ready for some busy days :) all these cards were created with paper scraps, on the first one I use a vintage label from Melissa Frances, chipboard and die cut star, some stamps, vintage button and ribbon.
Next a sweet winter card made with some chipboard letters from K & Co. Vintage image from Crafty Secrets, silk flower, button and rub ons from Melissa Frances.
And my last set of chipboard tags I created these a few weeks ago... such a shame I can't find more of these chipboard hearts anymore :( I use paper from Making memories, rub ons and vintage labels from Melissa Frances, lots of glitter, ribbon, lace, buttons etc...
I will share more stuff as soon as I can .... have a great day and thank you so much for your sweet comments :)

Merry and Bright ...

I have been playing with all my scraps... I have a huge box full of paper scraps that I had there for a long time, so I decided to open it and OH! Lots of beautiful papers ready to be used ;)
So this card is created with some of those papers, and a few other embellies like the Maya Road flower, chipboard wings covered with paint and glitter, ribbon, and a stamped sentiment from Heidi Grace (I use the same stamp for the card on the bottom)
I will be adding lots of cards and other stuff to my Etsy shop , I will be really busy for the next months (November-December) so I want to finish my Christmas Cards soon... if you want to start buying Holiday Cards, gifts etc... I thnik starting now is the best time ;)
Somebody asked me about the type of twill tape I use... I like to use the lightweight twill tape. I use 1" , 1/2" and 3/8" you can find a direct link to the store where I buy it here, you can tea stain twill tape, fabric, lace and other stuff to give an antique look, just use some tea bags hot water , soak you twill tape for some minutes... then dry and you're done, you can do the same with seam binding ;)
And last just another project one mini album, it was created with paper scraps from My minds eye, chipboard letters covered with glitter, buttons, silk flower, ribbon and die cuts from Melissa Frances.
Thank you so much for stop by and for your sweet comments ;)

Halloween things

Today I will show you some of my last Halloween Cards ... yes I made a lot of them but now is time to start with Christmas cards and maybe a few for Thanksgiving, this card is one of my favorites! created with a cute vintage image and some nice paper from Creative Imaginations, rub ons and chipboard frame covered with glitter.
Next a couple of cards using Melissa Frances papers and stickers, vintage images, some rub ons from Daisy D's that I had for a long time... and a few other embellies.
Remember that I have a Halloween workshop for sale here if you want to create some nice projects like decoration, cards, tags and gifts.
Next a Christmas card made with paper scraps, vintage image, stamp from Inkadinkado, ribbon, chipboard star and silk flowers.
And last a sweet card created with more paper scraps, die cut from K & Company, rub ons, silk flowers, vintage buttons and ribbon.
And before I go I want to answer some questions about mailing these type of cards...
Tina and Linda asked:
How to mail cards that use puffy embellishments ... well since handmade cards are SPECIAL and one of a kind, I use bubble mail envelopes, I know for some people this can be a little bit more expensive than regular envelopes/cards but when we want to give a special gift to someone I think it has to be wrapped nice and carefully I put the card inside a cellophane bag or paper and then inside the envelope. I have mailed several cards this way and thank God all of the cards have arrived safely. If you have any other suggestion about mailing handmade cards I would like to hear them ;)

Thank you so much for stop by my blog and for your sweet comments! more projects soon :)
