Little Lamb

*One baby theme post for you today, well about baby cards :). I created this card using so many of my favorite things... like: Melissa Frances Paper, cardstock sticker, rub ons, Martha Stewart sticker and some yarn, I love to work with soft colors and textures, they work so well together.

*Un post con tema de bebe para hoy, o mejor dicho acerca de tarjetas para bebe :). Para esta primer tarjeta use muchas de mis cosas favoritas... como: papel, rub ons y cardstock sticker de Melissa Frances, la calcomania de tela es de Martha Stewart, y algo de estambre, me encanta trabajar con colores y texturas suaves, se ven muy bien en conjunto.

*And a sweet tag with lovely colors, maybe for a gift or a keepsake, perfect for a little one :)

*Una etiqueta con colores hermosos, tal vez para darla como regalo o para conservarla, perfecta para una bebita :)

*WOW! thank you so much for all the comments for the giveaway! you girls rock :) Well I have a couple of cards made with the Mother's Love kit I just LOVE the kit!! These little card is one of my all time favorites, I use my cricut (storybook cartridge) to make the die cut flower that is inside of the red paper pocket, I think this could be such a nice present for mom ;)

*WOW! muchas gracias por los comentarios del post anterior!! :) Bueno hoy tengo un par de tarjetitas hechas con el Mother's Love kit este kit me ENCANTA! Esta es una mas de mis tarjetas favoritas, use la cricut (storybook cartridge) para hacer la flor que sale del "bolsillo" de papel rojo, creo que este puede ser un detalle perfecto para Mami ;)

*And playing with more of the kit I made this round card with scallops. *Y jugando con mas papeles del kit hice esta tarjeta redonda con scallops.

*Next is one of my favorite combination: Kraft cardstock/white color/floral papers/acrylic paint. Just a little card with my favorite stuff! I also use some of the white silk flowers available at my store.

*A continuacion una de mis combinaciones favoritas: Kraft cardstock/color blanco/papeles florales/pintura acrilica. Una pquena tarjeta hecha con mis cosas favoritas! Ademas use algunas de las flores blancas disponibles en mi tienda.

I have been blessed...

*With a beautiful Family, with a beautiful hobby, with so many things... lately I have this thing with mini albums and sets of card and box. This mini album is another creation that I made for Melissa Frances, such lovely colors and Love the resin accents!! I use most of the Fresh Twist line, some stamps rub ons and die cuts.

*He sido bendecida con una bella familia, con un hobby padrisimo, con muchas cosas... ultimamente he estado haciendo muchos mini albums y sets de Tarjeta y caja. Este mini album lo hice tambien para Melissa Frances, me encantan los colores y bueno esos adornos resina estan de ensuen~o !! la mayoria de los papeles son de la nueva linea Fresh Twist , asi como algunos sellos, rub ons y die cuts. *One photo of Diego and Grandma (is one of my favorite photos)

Melissa Frances guest designer

*A few days ago I received an e mail from Sherelle Christensen and I was so excited when she asked me to be the Melissa Frances Guest Designer for April! as you know I love MF products!! and this is one of my favorite projects that I made using most of the Fresh Twist collection.

*Hace unos dias recibi un e mail de Sherelle Christensen y me senti muy emocionada al ver que me invitaba a ser la disenadora del mes de Abril para Melissa Frances! como ustedes saben me encantan los productos de MF !! y bueno este es uno de mis proyectos favoritos usando la nueva coleccion Fresh Twist.

*The idea to make a doll house is not nothing new, the first doll house I made it was a few years ago in 1995 I made it with some type of chipboard that I use to buy in Mexico and it was called "cascaron de huevo" I remember that I build even the furniture with some of that chipboard, fabric, sticks, etc... Then in college I made a few scale models for the Interior Design class, so making this doll house using all the MF products was so easy and fun!!

*La idea de hacer un casa de mun~ecas no es nada nuevo para mi, la primera que hice fue ya hace algunos ayeres mas o menos en 1995 la hice con un tipo de "chipboard" que en Mexico le llamamos "cascaron de huevo" recuerdo que hasta le hice los muebles con ese mismo carton, palitos de madera, palillos, tela etc... despues en la Universidad hice algunas maquetas para la clase de disen~o interior, asi que hacer esta casita usando los productos de MF fue muy facil y divertido!!

The greatest love

*Something that makes me happy is create things with flowers and big bows! Love how they give such a nice texture and they can be so eye catching. Like this set made with the Mother's Love Kit full of little things I love : ) have you started to make mother's day cards? or you make them at the last minute?

*Algo que me hace feliz es crear cosas con flores y mon~os grandes! Me gusta como estos dan una linda textura y llaman la atencion inmediatamente. Como este set que hice con el Mother's Love Kit lleno de cositas que me encantan : ) Ustedes ya han comenzado a hacer tarjetas del dia de las madres? o las hacen al ultimo minuto?

And the kit comes with a little paper mache box that can be perfect for a special gift, jewelry or some candy etc...

Ademas el kit viene con una cajita que puede ser perfecta para un detallito especial, un dulce etc...

Friends always know

*Hello girls hope you are having a nice day. Mine will be very busy like every Monday.

While reading the comments the other day (and also comments in the past), I saw a few that said they would like to watch a video, like those that you can find online with a step by step making cards or projects... well I made one a few months ago but never posted here since I really didn't like it and also I find it very complicated (since I am not an expert about computers and all that stuff) for some reason it took me hours and hours to edited, add titles, music etc... and the result was horrible... so I do not think the videos are for me :( at least not at this moment... but a step by step type of class is something that I could do, if you would like that, just let me know.

*Hola chicas espero que hoy sea un bello dia para ustedes , el mio sera un dia bastante ocupado como cada Lunes...

El otro dia leia algunos comentarios (y tambien comentarios pasados) que sugerian les gustaria ver un video del paso a paso de como hacer tarjetas/proyectos... bueno la verdad es que si hice un video hace varios meses pero nunca lo puse aqui en el blog por que no me gusto para nada... me quedo horrible y me tarde horas y horas en editarlo, ponerle musica etc...

pero si les interesa un tipo de clase mas convencional con fotos del paso a paso creo que es algo que puedo hacer, si eso es algo interesante para ustedes, me dejan saber.

*Well this little card is using lots of nice colors and paper from Melissa Frances and K & Company, plus other leftovers, also I use some chipboard from Maya Road and a big button from my stash. And another creation using leftovers is this tag, love the quote of the Melissa Frances Sticker: " Friends always know when to give a hug" lots of sweet and soft colors that make me happy :)
